  • to catch up.

     been gone for months now.

    literally though, you don't even know how much has changed.
    I'm dating this guy, whos on house arrest at the moment for getting caught up in a beer run.

    hes pretty fucked up

    but i'm pretty fucked up

    so we kinda.. work together.

    i've been getting high so much

    and i've been getting just absolutely shit faced

    i'm done though.

    its hitting me how much weight i'm gaining

    i'm at 125.

    one. twenty. five.

    i seriously am like, going to fucking cry.

  • INTAKE AND THINSPOOOO

            Today's intake-

    Breakfast 8:40am = 1/2 orange

    Lunch 11:40am = 1/2 Teriyaki Lean meal, 150 Cals

    Snack 2:00pm = 1/2 orange

    Dinner 6:00pm = 1/2 Teriyaki Lean meal, 150 Cals

    total intake- 337 Calories

    Todays outtake-

    9:20am - 10:30am = 1/2 cardio, 1/2 shimmy

    possibly later, running.
    i'm sick so, it might not be so good to go running.


    Quick Tip; sitting up straight can actually improve core abdominal muscles, thus, tighter abs, looks better.
    So sit up!

    Another little fill in; I've started to work on the outline for a pamplet about losing weight. Its not going to be like, laminated and printed and perfect. Its going to be like a craft, that basically has pictures of thinspo, clever ideas, quick tips, healthy recipes, and some other things and nicknacksss, what do you think?

  • 2009, healthy happy life plan

    So, todays the day I start my new 'healthy happy life plan'

    first off- i'm going by the food pyramid, but making my own adjustments.

    the main food groups are:

    Grains | Veggies | Fruits | Meat | Dairy

    Today I ate;

    1. hotpocket- which included grain, meat and some dairy.

    2. bagel w/ cream cheese- which is grain and dairy

    so that means-

    Grains | Veggies | Fruits | Meat | Dairy

    Does it make sense?

    I'm just going to eat certain foods and i'm seriously cutting down on sugary foods.

    Also, like salty, fattening foods.

    also for liquid consumption:

    Water- [x][x][/[][][][][][]

    I have a water bottle that has 2.5 servings of 8. ounces.

    so i've gone through one bottle so far

     

    well homework time

    then exersize<333
